I’ve been following (well, not for so long – just a couple of weeks) the works of Amy Smith, AIDG, MIT D-Lab, Shawn Frayne, Peter Haas, Fullbelly, etc…

It’s amazing how you guys are on the brink to pioneer a shift of consciousness in the academic/scientific/entrepreneurial community.

I’ve watched the touching TED video of Amy Smith (Youtube) where she says something like, “well, we need people in this direction, because the staff is pretty small, that is, me…”

That’s amazing! That’s the spirit which will lead a whole generation on towards a new consciousness in the applied technology community. Even when all odds are against, keep strong in this conscious, sensible and right track. But I think you have been discovering, Ms. Amy Smith, you are not alone!

I am moving to Haiti in a few weeks to work in a few ongoing holistic projects and I hope to keep in touch with you guys for good. Is there any project in view there for the end of 2007 or for 2008?

Thanks for sharing the work and let’s move on together!
