Jock builds a pedal power peanut sheller at a peanut farm in the Philippines. Before Jock’s manual nut sheller peanuts were shelled by hand. In developing nations around the world over four billion hours are spent shelling peanuts by hand. Children and elderly villagers do most of this manual labor sometimes causing severe arthritis.
